Set up trigger-based actions to put exam management on autopilot.
Workflow Manager
Navigate to Automation > Workflows. This page lists all available event hooks within the system, such as "On Exam Completion" or "On New Registration".
Post-Exam Actions
Auto-Grade: Immediately calculates the score and publishes results upon submission.
Auto-Certificate: Instantly generates and emails a PDF certificate if the student passes.
Notify Admin: Sends an alert to the instructor when a student finishes an attempt.
Subscription Expiry
Grace Period: Define how many days before expiration the system should send a renewal reminder (e.g., 3 days).
Auto-Downgrade: Automatically revert users to the "Basic Plan" if payment fails after 3 retries.
Cleanup Jobs
Delete Incomplete Attempts: Removes "In Progress" exam sessions older than 48 hours to free up server resources.
Archive Logs: Compresses login activity logs older than 6 months.
