Module Access

Transaction Search

Filter the subscription list by Transaction ID, User Name, or Email. This is useful for finance teams reconciling bank statements with platform records.

Status & Date

Quickly identify successful renewals versus failed attempts. The timestamp column helps track revenue trends over specific periods.

Plan Identification

Displays the specific tier purchased (e.g., Pro, Enterprise, Basic). Use this to analyze which plans are driving the most revenue.

Performance KPIs

High-level metrics for the selected exam category:
Total Attempts: Volume of student participation.
Avg Pass Rate: Indicator of exam difficulty.
Failed Submissions: Count of students requiring retakes.

Exam Search

Drill down into specific assessments by typing the Exam Title or Student Name. This filters the data table instantly.

Exam Details

Lists the specific exam name. Clicking the exam title will navigate to the question management page for that assessment.

Result Actions

The eye icon opens the detailed student report card, showing question-by-question breakdown, time taken, and AI proctoring flags.

Submission Timestamp

Records the exact date and time the student submitted the exam. Crucial for verifying deadline compliance.

Security Metrics

Snapshot of platform access security:
Total Logins: User engagement level.
Unique Devices: Helps identify potential account sharing.

Advanced Filtering

Refine the security log by IP Address, Browser Type, or Date Range (Last 30 Days). Essential for investigating suspicious activity.

Activity Log Grid

A granular audit trail of every login event. Displays the User, IP Location, Browser/OS info, and the authentication method used (Password/OTP).
